Return & Refund Policy – TARA HAUSE

At TARA HAUSE, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to transit)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide order details and reason for return (with photos if applicable)

  3. Our team will review and approve/reject the request

If approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund method:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Bank transfer (in case of Cash on Delivery orders)

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we bear the return cost

  • For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

8. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank/payment provider

  • If still unresolved, contact us
